Introduction to Tricom

Tricom Communications growth has been continuous.  In March of 1987 a Comdial Dealership was acquired.  In early 1988, Tricom was appointed by the Panasonic Corporation as Rochester's sole factory authorized telephone equipment repair center and in August of 1990 a Vodavi Starplus Dealership/ factory certification was obtained.  Tricom maintains an extensive inventory of parts and technical information in order to support its service and maintenance operations.
Tricom's staff of factory trained and skilled personnel are fully knowledgeable about all the equipment that is sold, and they are experienced in providing appropriate training on site.  The office staff is also knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to provide prompt answers to any problems or difficulties that may arise in the unlimited applications in which telephone equipment can be applied.

Tricom's founders and principle stockholders, President Jim Crary, and Vice President Donna Crary have established Tricom's business philosophy, policies and practices.  It involves total integration of sales to suit the customer's functional needs, sales of the most cost effective and competently designed equipment, and long term follow-up with prompt, efficient and reasonably priced services.
